Every Google Pixel smartphone till date has had an OLED display. Therefore, the Google Pixel 5 is also expected to feature an OLED screen. It will most probably feature a Full HD+ resolution. Considering that the display in the Pixel 4 features a 90Hz refresh rate, the display of the Pixel 5 could have a 90Hz or a higher refresh rate. - Camera
The Google Pixel 4 had a dual-camera setup. The Pixel 5, however, is expected to come with a triple-camera setup, which could have an ultrawide camera and a telephoto camera apart from the primary camera. The Google Pixel devices have always featured a flagship processor. The Pixel 5, however, is expected to different from its predecessors. Reports online suggest that Pixel 5 could come with a mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor instead of a flagship chipset like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. Expect the smartphone to feature LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage modules. Being a Google smartphone, it will most probably be the first device to feature the Android 11 operating system. - Battery
Pixel devices from Google have been criticized for their small battery capacity and short battery backup. While we wish the Pixel 5 improves on the front as compared to its predecessors, there hasn’t been any report suggesting that the smartphone could have a battery backup. Anyway, expect the Pixel 5 to have 18W PD 2.0 fast charging and Qi wireless charging as the Pixel 4 has it too.
